1 cup mayonnaise or low-fat Greek yogurt
1 (10 ½ oz) log goat cheese, crumbled
2 tablespoons EVOO
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
1 teaspoon lemon zest (about ½ lemon)
salt & freshly ground pepper
pita pieces or pita pieces for serving
In a food processor combine first 6 ingredients, plus1 tsp pepper. blend until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl & sprinkle with smoked paprika & a bit more fresh pepper.
Serve with pita chips.
